In Armo, everything has been organized in such a way to guarantee a safe, quick and efficient production. We work in big spaces, where raw materials and components can be stored, worked and installed. It is therefore possible to work at the best conditions, posing attention on all the work phases through a 18-cranes- system , integrated by 8 lift trucks. From the exclusive design to the raw materials’ cut, from the installing to the testing, everything is being carried out into our establishments, guaranteeing in such a way an absolute control on the manufacture and the quality’s continuity.

None Establishment

It represents the most cutting edge-productive structure in the field of carpentry specialized in the production of dock levellers and lifting tables.

Realized in collaboration with ABB Flexible Automation, None establishment has 5 complete robotic islands that, working continuously with the presence of 15 workers only, guarantee an unprecedented production capacity and a quality control.

In this establishment are made all the items useful for the storage ( Light Series and Ultra Flat lifting tables, “U” model, etc) as well as the majority of the semi-finished for the special lifting tables, guaranteeing in such a way that all Armo products could benefit of the advantages resulting from a robotic production.

Collegno Establishment

Recent and modern building, it has a total area of more than 4000 m2 covered. In this establishment, Armo sectional doors are made, both industrial and residential.

A modern, automatic machine for the panels processing guarantees a millimeter-level precision and without-mistakes manufacture.

The average stocking is of material for 100 sectional doors, guaranteeing a quick and timely delivery of the ordered products.

Thanks to this storage Armo is therefore able to successfully manage unexpected events and early deliveries, as well as guaranteeing the ready availability of the spares.
